It looks very nice! I especially love the shading!
However, your porportining is a little off.
You asked for some tips so I'll give you a few! 
The neck is a little long, but that's easy to fix. Occasionally I'll use rulers to help me out. And the only other very noticable mistake I see is the large lips. Males tend to have thinner lips. I always do mine lighter than I would do for a girl's.
Other than that, with a few edits to the shape of the face, it looks great!
